• Incorrect Products: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Before Shipping: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
• After Shipping: Once the order has shipped, we cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds.
